Once an order has been shipped or dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

2. Cancellation After Shipment

If an order has already been shipped:

  • Cancellation is no longer possible

  • Customers may refer to our Return & Refund Policy after delivery, if eligible

Shipping and handling charges (if applicable) are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.

3. Refunds for Cancelled Orders

  • If a cancellation request is approved before shipment, a full refund will be initiated

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method

  • Refund processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider

4. Cancellation by HPRINTS

HPRINTS reserves the right to cancel an order under certain circumstances, including:

  • Pricing or listing errors

  • Incomplete or incorrect customer information

  • Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions

In such cases, customers will be notified and a full refund will be issued if payment has already been made.

5. Changes to Orders

Once an order is placed, modifications (such as changing address or product details) may be possible only before shipment. Requests are subject to availability and processing status.

Cancellation requests must be reasonable and genuine. Repeated misuse of cancellation privileges may result in order restrictions, at our discretion.
