Due to the nature of printer ink cartridges, returns are accepted only under specific conditions.

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Requests raised after the return window

  • Clear images of the product (if damaged or incorrect)

  • A refund, if replacement is not possible

Replacements are processed after the returned product is received and verified.
